Order impeachment Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner by Dr. Carlos E. Quirós (attachment at the bottom of this page contains the text in the order mentioned impeachment)
On July 6, attorney Carlos E. Quiros was up to Congress and to the surprise of staff, presented at the front desk a call for the impeachment against President Cristina Fernandez de Kirchner as the ultimate responsible for the manipulation of the figures on those killed by influenza A and acting with negligence in the prevention it took.
In his presentation, asked the House to summon the former minister to declare Graciela Ocaña. "There have been rumors that alerted the President to act and had to suspend the elections, taking extreme measures, if safeguards were not taken, there was a criminal negligence that caused dead" he explained.
"Here someone has a political responsibility," he said, adding that behind every nest a "political purpose" that led to the "hollowing of data, not suspended elections and failing to comply with relevant protocols."
